Glazebrook's giant cauliflower weighs 27.5kg, about 20 times more than regular cauliflower plants. Thanks to his talent for taking care of the plant, his cauliflower Glazebrook holds the record for the world's largest cauliflower.

In order for this giant cauliflower to reach its maximum size, Mr. Glazebrook must plant it in a greenhouse, while protecting it from frost during the winter months. In addition, Mr. Glazebrook and his wife also regularly watered fully. Originally water mixed with calcium nitrate, then switched to watering only one high concentration of salt once the plant began to bounce.

Not only planting giant cauliflower, Mr. Glazebrook has made other farmers admire admiringly with giant onions or 'giant' cabbage plants.
