Complete the process of growing Ganoderma in Hue

Associate Professor-Doctor Tran Thi Van Thi, Hue University of Hue University has just completed and handed over the topic "Study on the composition and pharmacological effects of Plysaccharide and Trierpenoid in Ganoderma" , helping Mushroom growers in Thua Thien-Hue gradually improve the process and improve product quality.

The objective of the project is to quickly quantify the Trierpenoid active substance to assess the quality of reishi species; Provide information on content of Plyasaccharide active ingredients, Trierpenoide active ingredients, meet high food safety standards of Ganoderma grown in Thua Thien-Hue.

The thesis also provides data on basic chemical composition (protein, ash content, moisture content), permissible criteria such as microbiological criteria, residues of plant protection chemicals in cultured lingzhi mushrooms. locally.

According to Oriental medicine, Ganoderma works on brain events, security, strengthening the mind, strengthening waste, detoxification, and longevity. According to Western medicine, from Ganoderma, it has produced drugs to treat diseases such as diabetes, hepatitis, anti-cancer support.

Almost all studies suggest that the two components make up the miraculous activity of Ganoderma are Polysaccharide and Trierpenoid. Therefore, it is necessary to study the components supporting Polysaccharide and Trierpenoid which are carried out in the cultivation and use of Ganoderma in Thua Thien-Hue.

According to the study, there are 71 species of medicinal mushrooms in Thua Thien-Hue, of which 39 species belong to the Ganoderma family and 7 new species are published, supplementing the Vietnamese mushroom system. The province has built a technological process to propagate 7 species of medicinal mushrooms belonging to the Ganoderma family; domestication and selection of 17 strains of 9 species of lingzhi mushrooms with high and stable yield, can be applied in medicinal mushroom production in Vietnam; in which, the province is conducting farming and producing 9 species of lingzhi mushrooms after determining yield and season.

Huong Giang Forest Product Processing Joint Stock Company (Thua Thien-Hue) has invested more than 4 billion to build a model of growing Ganoderma and wood ear according to clean technology at the facilities in Huong Thuy town.

On an area of ​​5,000m2, each month, the company produced more than 50,000 bags, for an output of nearly 2 tons, with selling prices from 450,000 to 550,000 VND / kg.

Thua Thien-Hue also succeeded in cultivating lingzhi from rubber sawdust.

Ingredients for growing lingzhi mushrooms include rubber wood sawdust, corn bran powder or rice and ironwood humus, with a rate of 96% rubber sawdust, 5% corn bran or rice, 1% humus Saw ironwood. This is a reasonable rate obtained after many years of research and production and must follow a very strict technical process.

With this method, every year, Phu Luong agricultural cooperative (Thua Thien-Hue) grows and consumes more than 3 quintals of lingzhi mushrooms.

Ganoderma in Phu Luong has been registered trademark at the Intellectual Property Department and has participated in many major fairs such as Giang Vo Fair - Hanoi, for high quality agricultural products; Hanoi Brand Fair, International Fair for Vietnamese Brands in Khanh Hoa, Techmart Vietnam in Da Nang for many years.
