Dell laptop: Out of battery until the motherboard is too hot
The owner of a Dell Inspiron laptop living in ontario (Candana) over the weekend sued Dell to the Supreme Court of Ontario, accusing the company of selling a laptop using a motherboard that failed.
The case file says that after the expiration of one year of Dell product warranty, the motherboard becomes too hot and malfunctions.
The plaintiff accused Dell of knowing about the incident but still tried to sell the products that made mistakes in the market.
