The devices are connected to the iPod and iPhone via a base connection and are supported by iDevice connections without calibration, capable of detecting precisely the gamma irradiance above 120 keV, which is + - 10% with RDTX and + / - 5% with RDTX-PRO.

The accompanying RadTEST application allows users to select either the basic Meter display mode or the detailed digital display mode. Display Meter will announce the radioactive dose by light: green is safe, if it turns yellow means that the radiation level is high and the red signal level is dangerous.

For digital display mode, the user will be provided with more detailed information such as the radiation level that can infect the body. The application also allows users to share live results on Facebook, Twitter and Google Maps.

In addition to the two devices listed above, HRDTX is the latest addition to Scosh's range of radioactive products.

This device can be connected to Wifi to send emails to addresses that have been identified when high levels are detected.
