However, according to the evaluation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, many localities have not yet had specific plans to develop high-tech agriculture and have not invested in the planning and construction of agricultural areas and zones. High-tech agriculture.

Representatives of some localities also said that the application of high technology to agriculture still faces many difficulties due to the large investment capital, the technology is too modern, making agricultural officers and farmers not easy to learn. , update.

Therefore, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development proposed that the Ministry should study and propose the Government to promulgate policies to encourage the development of high-tech applications in agriculture, including funding for proactive developing high technology applications in agricultural production.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ho Chi Minh City also proposed, in the draft circular on the development of high-tech agricultural areas and high-tech agricultural areas to be promulgated, criteria for recognizing regions and zones. High-tech agriculture needs to determine the size of the area in accordance with the conditions of each locality.

At the conference, for the first time, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development awarded a certificate of high-tech application of agricultural business to 2 units, Da Lat Flower Biotechnology Joint Stock Company and the Liability Company. Agrivina term (Dalat Hasfarm).

According to Deputy Minister Bui Ba Bong, this certificate has special significance because it is the recognition of the intellectual and intellectual investment of enterprises for the agricultural sector.
