Does not cause cancer, but mobile users suffer from an unexpected risk
Mobile phone waves were unjustly solved, but the phone itself suddenly brought another risk of disease that no one thought of.
For more than 30 years of research, scientists have officially unjustified mobile phones, that the phone waves do not cause brain cancer or any other cancer.
The phone has been cleared of cancer.
But recently, experts have come up with another warning about negative effects from phones on users' health. That is: the phone may be destroying the hearing of all of us, namely the tinnitus.
Tinnitus is the term for the phenomenon of hearing sounds coming from inside the body , instead of outside, like the buzzing of a mosquito. Some people even heard the music ringing in their heads, and for them, those sounds sounded really unhappy.
Even this disease can make people feel depressed or stressed regularly.
People with tinnitus often hear strange sounds from inside the cochlea, due to damaged nerves.
Yet tinnitus is currently affecting 300 million people worldwide. And not only that, the syndrome first appeared mainly in people over 50 years of age, but now young people also suffer from increasing numbers - that's what experts at McMaster University (Canada) conclude. .
Specifically, experts tested over 170 students and found that more than 28% of them are suffering from chronic tinnitus. The reason given is because listening to music is so big on mobile phones - the habit is very popular among many students today.
The habit of listening to music at high volume on the phone can cause permanent hearing loss.
According to Dr. Larry Roberts of the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at McMaster University: "This phenomenon is spreading and becoming a difficult problem to solve. I personally think this is a huge social problem." .
The doctor's experiment also showed that people with tinnitus will reduce the ear's ability to withstand the noise.
In particular, the negative habit will cause permanent damage to the nerves in the ear, causing hearing loss to function later.
These lesions can make a very normal sound become larger, making it more difficult to identify injuries.
Dr. Robert shared: "Sounds that are too loud around us can cause a tight injury in the cochlea. And the only solution here is to defend yourself, by stopping listening to high volume music."
