Drinking fish oil does not help raise awareness
Many of us drink fish oil with the expectation of improving mental capacity, reducing the probability of developing dementia.
However, the latest study by scientists from London Medical Institute and British tropical medicine found that fish oil will not help improve cognitive ability.
To prove this conclusion, the scientists tested the effect of fish oil on cognitive ability for 748 elderly people.
Test results show that the ability of objects to perceive is not changed by using fish oil.
Earlier some studies showed that proper intake of fish oil is beneficial for the heart and the brain.
The results of this study were published in the journal 'American Clinical Clinical Nutrition'.
