Eat cooked tomatoes against cardiovascular disease
Scientists have found that cooked tomatoes have an important ingredient that can help fight cardiovascular disease.

However, according to scientists at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), lycopene is only useful for human body when tomatoes are cooked, preferably cooked with some cooking oils.
Now scientists are evaluating different ways to cook tomatoes to find a way to help lycopene maximize its effect.
In the past, many studies have shown that tomatoes are very beneficial for health. Most recently, scientists found it could reduce the risk of esophageal cancer, gastrointestinal system and prostate cancer as well as reduce the risk of asthma.
