Explore Cao Cao tomb
In the grave area thought to be Cao Cao's, there were three skeletons, one male and two female, along with the poem carved with the word "Wei Yuji".
Chinese archaeologists began excavating a grave believed to be of King Wei Cao Cao from the end of last year. This is a scene inside a grave area of 740 m2 and divided into two compartments. Scientists believe that Cao Cao was buried with his wife and a maid. People also found the tablets with the words "Wei Wuyi".Photo: Reuters.
