Supermarket chain Asda has researched and developed this special bell pepper after realizing that half of parents said their children do not like to eat bell peppers.

Bell peppers belong to a group of spicy peppers and are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Therefore, this kind of fruit is always trusted by a lot of housewives to use for family dishes because of the nutrients it brings.

Charlie Mills, manager of fresh food production at Asda, said: "We know parents are having trouble feeding their children five meals a day (including snacks), but we have been study with fruit growers for about 7 years and we are confident that red and yellow striped peppers will attract mothers and young children ".

According to a recent report by scientists on the list of the 5 most difficult fruits and tubers, it was found that bell peppers took the top position at 49%, 43% tomato, coffee carrots 33%, beans are 34% and finally orange with 19%.
