With the theme of ' Green Living - For the Green and Thousand Years ', the ' Green Days ' project will be a series of practical activities and events that will take place from September 19-25 to promote Encouraging people to change their behaviors, living more environmentally friendly.

Climate change is leaving serious environmental consequences around the world that Vietnam is one of the most severely affected countries, raising people's awareness, encouraging them to take action. ' Green living ', environmentally friendly is a decisive job in the fight against climate change.

In that context, propaganda activities aimed at changing people's perceptions of the environmental issues that people are facing such as the ' Green Days ' project is a meaningful activity.

The ' Green Day ' project is a continuation of the ' Green Transport Day ' campaigns (organized in 2008) and ' Nilbag Day ' (2009) organized by the Center for Urban Action and the Center. Support to Responding to Climate Change in cooperation with many domestic and foreign agencies.

Green traffic ',' No plastic bag day ',' Walking station ',' Green living idea workshop ',' Environmental race ', etc. Through these activities, the goal of ' Green day series ' is to contribute to raising people's awareness of sustainable lifestyles, encouraging them to change their habits to be more environmentally friendly.

As expected, the program will attract 1000 students and university students in Hanoi, mobilize 10,000 households to walk for the environment along with 200 business shops, agencies, businesses and groups. NGOs feel the use of green transportation, use eco-bags instead of plastic bags; attracting 10 thousand signatures to commit not to use plastic bags and respond to green transportation.

With the cooperation of many organizations and an ambitious goal, ' Green Days ' series can be considered a meaningful activity towards the 1000-year anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi, as well as contributions.
