France-Russia will launch manned ships on Mars
The European Space Agency (ESA) said it will team up with the Russian Space Agency to launch manned ships for the first time on Mars.
Britain's Japanese firm quoted ESA Director General, Jean-Jacques Dordain, said his agency and the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roskosmos) will jointly make the first flight to Mars.
Mr. Dordain made the statement when attending an air show at Zhukovsky, near Moscow. However, he did not disclose about time or other specific details regarding this great mission, nor did he say which side of the spacecraft was the last option to make the flight to Sao. Fire.
The statement comes as the astronauts of the Mars 500 project have just completed a virtual journey lasting 442 days to the red planet.
Astronauts participating in the virtual journey sit in a Russian model on earth to perform real-life tasks on Mars with a hypothetical environment like Mars.
Under the plan, the Mars 500 project will last 78 days. Roskosmos and ESA will face competition when NASA plans to create a new generation of spacecraft capable of implementing deeper space missions through Earth's low orbit flights. .
These US plans will be carried out by private firms after the country stops its shuttle program.
