Global wireless, Internet and telephone networks will generate revenue of nearly $ 1.2 trillion this year, however, the picture of this revenue could reverse 180 degrees within 5 years.

This work analyzes and dissects three scenarios of telecommunications revenue and subscriber growth from now until the end of 2010.

In the first scenario, all three networks mentioned above evolved according to the current orbit. The other two scenarios are either the Internet, or the wireless network will dominate the market.

But no matter which network dominates, the level of media use will only continue to go up. Increased services such as video and images will boom in the near future, the report said.

" The project imagines the future of the telecommunications industry based on current trends. What if the Internet or wireless service provider is the only way I can contact?" what else does this mean for the global telecommunications industry? "

" Surprisingly, there will be no major disruptions in revenue, although subscriber growth and profits are very different ," said Insight Research president.

More specifically, the difference in revenue when holding dominant position with the situation is dominated up to 752 billion USD.

A surprisingly unexpected prediction for many people is that free or low-cost communications via wireless or the Internet will not take off. According to Insight, even when using a service that is deemed free, users still have to pay taxes to build and maintain the network as usual.
