Giant river shrimp image
With a body length of 13 cm, giant river shrimp in the US has twice the size of normal river shrimp.
Biologists at the University of Illinois and the University of Kentucky in the United States discovered a giant shrimp
in Shoal Creek stream in Missouri state and Kansas, USA.
They called them Barbicambarus simmonsi. They have a big pair of whiskers to navigate
and search for food.
Giant river shrimp has a body length of about 13 cm, twice the length of the shrimp
rivers that people often see in the southeastern United States.
