Giant whale carcasses ashore, people are afraid of a horrific organ explosion

A 15m-long giant whale washes into the waters of Devon, southwestern England. People here are afraid that, if left too long, the whale's body could explode and pollute the sea.

Recently, the body of a whale longer than 15m has drifted to one of the most famous beaches in southwestern England. With the body part being decomposed, the people in the area feared that its body could explode at any time.

The government had a protective line around the whale in the Red Rock beach area, Dawlish, Devon county, to stop the curious crowd from coming here.

An explosion of whale carcasses that hit the coast has happened before.

According to biologists, the whale was discovered about a month ago but the last time they saw it was around the coast of France. Whale carcasses washed ashore at about 8 am on September 29 with an unpleasant odor.

The Coast Guard was at the site to ensure the area was safe. At first, it was thought that this was a sperm whale. However, experts have confirmed this is exactly a fin whale.

Currently, the Devon county government is looking for ways to handle giant whale carcasses. If not handled promptly, the amount of methane accumulated in the fish's abdomen can explode at any time and it will lead to beach pollution, accompanied by extremely unpleasant odors.
