Homemade telescope watching the moon with 2 plastic bottles

With just a few simple tools, you can make mini telescopes and watch real moon stars every day!

Many of us must be very excited when we are lying on the grass and watching the starry sky, and then just reaching up with our hands is just about to take the moon.

Very simple, with just a few tools, you can make a refracting telescope. Let's start working now!

* Note: This telescope is not used to admire eclipse eclipse!

Materials to prepare:

  1. 2 plastic bottles of 1.5l type.
  2. 1 large magnifying glass (equal to the diameter of plastic bottles).
  3. 1 small telescope (with the same diameter as the mouth of the bottle).
  4. Black paint.
  5. Black adhesive tape, scissors, knife.

Step 1:

  1. First, cut off the bottom of both bottles.
  2. Next, choose a bottle, divide it into 2 and remove the bottle neck part as shown!

Step 2:

  1. Use black paint to cover this plastic bottle and wait for it to dry.

Step 3:

  1. You fixed the magnifying glass with the same diameter as the diameter of the bottle with black tape!

Step 4:

  1. Similarly, with adhesive tape, fix the small telescopic part to the bottle mouth.

Step 5:

  1. The two-part cage is closed and you have the complete glass right away!
  2. You can also decorate some interesting shapes on the glass body to make it more lively!
