How is ice cream produced?
Ice cream is a frozen sweet food made from milk products such as fat cream, chicken eggs add additives like sugar, vanilla, chocolate . This mixture is evenly beaten to ice, not crystallized and finally finished products cream in smooth form.

Before the refrigerator was born, ice cream was a delicacy and could only be processed manually. People put the ingredients in bowls, then put the bowls in pots of ice and salt water. Salt helps the stone absorb more heat and lower the temperature of the bowl to below 0 degrees C.
By the early 20s of the 20th century, industrial refrigerators for the first time appeared, and this allowed ice cream production on a large scale.
