An additional document to the California Supreme Court in Santa Clara County on Wednesday accused former HP president Patricia Dunn and chief executive Mark Hurd and seven other members of the company of allegedly selling one. HP shares worth 41.3 million USD at artificially high prices right before the time of the phone-tapping scandal and information infiltration, some individuals in the company were exposed.

According to the court-imposed crimes, 8 members sold a total of 1.7 million shares from August 21 to September 6. HP has also admitted that there are internal users of spying methods such as pretexting techniques to record personal data. There have been 12 cases of spying by pretexting discovered.

Although there is not enough evidence to prosecute, former HP chairman Patricia Dunn and four others are still facing charges of reconnaissance using e-mail tracer technology.
