HP received a patent for penetration screen technology
HP has just received a US patent for transparent screen technology, which can be seen through.
This screen allows users to see everything on the screen and the objects behind it.
Patent on transparent screen technology is granted to HP.
This screen can be used to display data on the car's windshield or display ads on the window.
The patent application was compiled in 2006 and described as using reflective screens to display images provided by the computer, while still allowing light to pass through.
HP acknowledges that penetration-viewing technology using multiple silver-coated mirrors has been used on television magnifiers to help broadcasters see text provided by camera lenses.
These systems display well-lit text or light-colored images, but are difficult to display dark or dark gray images.
HP says its technology can overcome this drawback. In addition, the following screen can display images other than the screen before securing confidentiality.
It is known that Samsung is also creating the same technique.
