Mark Davey, a 43-year-old man, and his wife saw sheep carcasses as they approached the Devil Bridge in the Cambrian Mountains in western Wales. The ill-fated sheep gather in two areas about 3km apart. Some animal tore apart the sheep's body parts that made them intact, Telegraph reported.

'The scene is creepy. I saw the organs of sheep exposed, and their bodies scattered everywhere , 'Davey said.

According to Davey, the stray dog and fox cannot tear down the cattle in such large and brutal numbers.

"At first, when I saw some corpses, I thought maybe foxes and jackals attacked the sheep. But then I thought a bigger animal than a fox and jackal had caused the massacre," Davey said.

Local people rumored that a predator had flown in the Cambrian Mountains since the 1970s. It attacked cattle very quickly and brutally. Some witnesses confirmed the mysterious animal shaped like tiger and leopard but its size is quite large. In June 1981, 12 unidentified sheep carcasses were found on a field in this region.

In the mid-1990s, mass deaths continued. Veterinary experts in Aberystwyth, a city near the Cambrian Mountains, examined the carcasses of the cattle and confirmed that the animals killed them were larger than foxes and wild dogs. The police then swept the area around the Cambrian Mountains, but they did not see any predators that had the same characteristics as the description of the people.
