Invisibility shield technology attracts a lot of attention
The Invisibility Shield can make the person standing behind hide in the surrounding scenery in the middle of the day .
After successfully developing the 2022 invisibility shield , Invisibility Shield Co in London, England introduced the second generation invisibility shield on the Kickstarter funding page. Among the products introduced is "Megashield" , the largest shield the company has ever created, Design Boom reported on March 27. In addition, the Invisibility Shield is also available in Mini and Full sizes.

This shield is a curved sheet of premium transparent polycarbonate that can be stood upright with a polycarbonate frame on the back. A series of tall, thin lenses are recessed inside, each lens running from the top to the bottom of the shield. When the user stands or hides behind the device, the lens diffuses ambient light, reflected by the body across the entire front of the shield. At the same time, the lens also diffuses the light reflected by the background scene.
Because the user is much smaller than the background, the light from their body will essentially be drowned out by the light from the background. As a result, when someone views the shield from the front, they will only see diffused background light, blending into the surrounding scene. The shield works best when the user is wearing light-colored clothing. No matter how far away the observer stands, the effect remains the same. Invisibility shields have many applications such as hiding people or objects for entertainment purposes or observing wildlife.
The Full-sized shield is 99 m high and 69 m wide, while the Megashield has dimensions of 183 x 122 cm. The smallest type is Mini, size 30.5 x 20 cm, suitable for hiding small objects on the table. All three models are durable, lightweight, and easier to transport than the original version. Additionally, they are fully waterproof, require no batteries, and are made from 100% recycled materials. This is the result after more than 4 years of research team focusing on improving optical technology to make people and objects invisible in broad daylight.
