Japan: Missiles fall back to the launch pad in just a few seconds and then explode

A Japanese 10-meter long missile had a problem immediately after leaving the launch pad and exploding.

Japanese missiles rushed to the ground only 6 seconds after takeoff.

According to Independent, a rocket caught fire, fell to the ground and exploded just seconds after leaving the launch pad in Japan.

Specifically, the missile MOMO-2 , developed by Japan's Interstellar Technologies, exploded and plunged straight into the ground only 6 seconds after takeoff.

The missile was launched on Saturday last week in Taiki town in Hokkaido - an island located in northern Japan - and is expected to reach a height of 100 km above the ground.

Fortunately, the explosion did not cause any injuries to those present at the launch pad.

Interstellar technology president Takahiro Inagawa said he believed the missile malfunctioned in its main engine. This was the missile's second defeat since its launch in July last year.
