The European Space Agency (ESA) has released a 3D video of the landscape on Mars to commemorate a decade when Mars Express Mars probe came on stream.

The video depicting the beauty of Mars was recorded by Mars Express during the rotation of 12,500 rounds of the planet. To get the video, scientists synthesized much of the data collected since Mars Express went into operation in 2003.

Mars Express is expected to continue to send information from Mars to Earth until the end of 2014. According to scientists, the ship has been operating longer than the expected life expectancy and has been able to perform five additional tasks.
