This mannequin is fully equipped with gloves and helmets, and is named "Mr. Smith". Astronauts on the ISS station said " Goodbye to Mr. Smith " before dropping the mannequin out the door. They also stepped out to perform routine maintenance work for the space station, as well as taking new photos.

On Mr. Smith has a radio transmitter, which sends messages in 6 languages ​​to radio stations within a few days. These messages are for students only. This is the unique idea of ​​a Russian amateur radio journalist and all radio stations can catch waves from Mr. Smith on the FM 145.990 Mega Hertz frequency.

However, the meaningful life of Mr. Smith is short-lived. He will ignite as soon as he enters the Earth's atmosphere by friction with the air.
