Reduce stress by applying 'discriminating messages' on your phone
A team of researchers from the University of Portsmouth has successfully developed a mobile application that allows users to choose to read or ignore messages classified as 'good news' and 'bad news'. , based on the corresponding color.
According to experts, the application will automatically decode messages in the inbox and classify them in color, with green as 'good news' , red for 'bad news' and blue as 'neutral'. ' (photo). In this way, the user simply looks at the palette and decides whether to open the reader immediately, depending on their mood at that time.
Lead researcher Dr Mohamed Gaber said the software works based on learning how to classify messages that users choose to model for previous news. The purpose of the application is to help the customer manage his or her mood by recognizing the meaning of the messages he or she receives as positive or negative. Different types of language analyzes are being used by professionals to decode the message content. Therefore the use of colors for coding is perfectly possible in this context.
Currently, this application has been tested on Android OS phones and the results will be announced at the 16th International Conference on Intelligent Systems Engineering and Intelligence. took place in Spain in September.
