A recent British study said that if you take 20 minutes a day to do housework, you will reduce stress and depression.
Cleaning your house, vacuuming, washing clothes, repairing furniture . not just the housework, these busy 'limbs' jobs will help you limit the unpleasant frustrations that you encounter in life, work .

The results of this study came after a group of British scientists surveyed more than 20,000 men and women, of whom 3,200 were stressed and depressed.
