Many residents in the Urals mountains, Russia, reported seeing a blazing fireball lighting up the night sky before making a loud bang. Meteor stars emit red, yellow, orange light when falling in the sky, according to RT. Bright objects can be clearly seen from the city of Ekaterinburg in Sverdlovsk province as well as nearby towns last night.

A number of videos are being shared on social networks to capture the moment when the night sky is as bright as the day after the flash of light."I think it is a star but not! People in the area are not new to the meteor phenomenon. This is the second meteor explosion in the week that local residents witness.
