Local people said the meteor made the ground shake in Santiago del Estero and its light could be seen from hundreds of kilometers away.

The video was recorded at 3:30 am but the scene looked like a dawn.

Argentine experts say the object is a meteor and may have moved at a speed of 130,000 km / h. Director of Santa Fe Astronomical Observatory, Jorge Coghlan, said the meteor is about 20cm in diameter. 'This object has disintegrated and is very high so its light can be seen from a hundred miles away'.

This meteor is said to be completely disintegrated when it is 65km above the ground.

Despite this light, the supernova is just a small part of a massive meteor that exploded in the sky of Russia's Ural Mountains in February this year, injuring 1,500 people.
