Mitsubishi Electric coming out the elevator with voice
On March 3, Mitsubishi Electric Corp. of Japan announced that it has developed a voice-activated elevator technology to assist wheelchair users and blind people who do not press the elevator keypad. .
The manufacturer wants to put the technology into use later this month as it equips its newly-built elevators as an additional function.
However, the price of this type is not yet announced by the manufacturer.
Mitsubishi Electric has modified the voice recognition system used in car navigation systems to deliver functionality to elevators.
