Researchers explained in Plos One: " Mosquitoes who like beer drinkers may be able to reduce their self-defense ability or increase their nutritional value when drinking beer .
The team conducted 25 25 West African men and told them to drink local beer called Dolo. Mosquitoes are released into the air. Before drinking beer, only 50% of mosquitoes fly to this person. But after they drank a few pints of beer, the number of mosquitoes flying in them amounted to 65%.
Researchers have also conducted trials in other countries, the results show that only 6% of the mosquitoes do not fly towards people who have just drunk beer.
