Parkinson's disease does not cause addiction
A study from the US showed that Parkinson's patients are not addicted to gambling, shopping or sex when not taking drugs to treat illness, according to Reuters.

In 2010, Dr. Daniel Weintraub from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia (USA) found that patients who took certain medications to treat Parkinson's disease had difficulty controlling behavior, such as gambling addiction and alcoholism. , addiction and sex addiction.
In the new study, Dr. Daniel Weintraub and colleagues examined 168 people who did not treat Parkinson's disease and 143 who had no symptoms.
Recommended subjects said gambling addiction behavior, shopping addiction, sex addiction and eating addiction. As a result, there is no difference between the two groups of behaviors in general.
Research provides more evidence for the relationship between addictions in people with Parkinson's disease and some drugs for Parkinson's disease.
