People can travel the universe from next year

The first commercial spacecraft in the world can bring tourists out of the atmosphere at the end of 2011.

Virgin Galactic , the company that intends to bring tourists to space by the Enterprise spacecraft, announces that the ship will test flight between now and the end of the year. Then the ship will take guests up to the space adjacent to the earth atmosphere in late 2011 or early 2012.

Enterprise , also known as SpaceShipTwo, is designed to carry two pilots and 6 passengers flying to the low Earth's orbit. It can fly out into space for a few minutes and then return.

The Enterprise ship will be airlifted by an aircraft named WhiteKnightTwo . At a height of more than 15,000 m, Enterprise separated from the aircraft and flew into space thanks to the engine using hard rubber compound. This compound is oxidized by liquid nitrogen oxide.

With a ticket of $ 200,000 per person, passengers on the Enterprise will have the opportunity to see the earth from outside the atmosphere, experience the state of weightlessness and watch the darkness of the universe.

According to Virgin Galactic , the WhiteKnightTwo aircraft flew 40 times, including four with the Enterprise. On October 10, Enterprise made the first test landing.
