People crave the most and fly while dreaming
A new study found that, while dreaming, people often want the most about two things: flying up and having sex.
The study was published by scientists in the Journal of Psychology of America (the American Journal of Psychology) No. 172 (2) in 2014, through a survey of 570 people who experienced a provincial dream (Lucid Drea m - a dream that dreamers know they are dreaming and control what they want to dream about by asking participants to answer what they dreamed of and their wishes to control their dreams . The average time of each provincial dream lasts about 14 minutes.

As a result, about 350 participants said they wanted to fly, do magic, breathe underwater, talk to animals. At the same time, the survey participants also revealed that they wanted to perform dream activities like sex and sports regularly.
'In all the intentions of dreaming, flying up is the most common desire. Then perform other activities such as talking to the characters in your dreams or having sex. But they do not always remember these intentions or succeed in dreams due to causes such as awakening and difficulties in implementing the plan , 'the research team said in the Journal of Mind physical.
Although there is still no clear mechanism to create provincial dreams, scientists have long wanted to use this kind of dream to change reality. While young children are more likely to dream often, descending until age 16, this is a natural phenomenon in the developing brain and is lost in adulthood.
Exploiting and influencing provincial dreams can be helpful in treating psychological problems when often experiencing nightmares or post-traumatic stress disorders. An earlier survey of 300 people showed that most dreamers used pleasant dreams to have fun instead of having nightmares.
Some people also said that they can achieve the dream of dreaming through training themselves with specific exercises. It is known that the provincial dream started happening at 3 years old and usually occurs in about 12-14 years, less after 25 years.
