More than 200 delegates, including 60 international delegates attended the 6th National Optical Spectrum Conference and the International Conference on Optics and Applications (ICPA6), which took place from 8 to 12 November.

This is a nationally regular scientific activity on optics and spectroscopy held every two years to report the latest results and information on scientific research, technology development and application deployment. in the field of optics and spectroscopy in Vietnam and internationally.
The conference aims to promote the introduction of scientific and technological research results in the field of optics-spectroscopy and laser applications in practical life, expanding scientific and technological research and development cooperation. as well as domestic training.
This National Conference was held together with the International Conference on Photonics and Applications (ICPA6) to enhance the exchange of experiences and exchanges between national and international scientists and research agencies. and teaching; between researchers, technology teachers and students.
At the two conferences, many delegates had comments and heard important reports related to research and application, training in optics and spectra in practice.
Some reports have received the attention and exchange of delegates such as exploiting the antibacterial ability of the membrane to TIO2 projected under UVA light; the effect of concentration of Indium doping on the photovoltaic properties of the P-type Zno: (In, N) film made by the sputtering method macneiron DC; simulating chum ion interaction processes - solid materials by Monte Carlo molecular dynamics method; determining the optical output of quantum dots .
The conference was organized by the Vietnam Optical and Spectral Association in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Science and Technology, the Institute of Materials Science and a number of international organizations and related specialized universities in Hanoi. .
