With this new device, just one drop of the patient's blood mixed with a small amount of special medicine, after 30 minutes, an HIV test result can be obtained. WHO and UNICEF said this diagnostic tool will be exported to Asian, African, European and Latin American countries.
According to WHO data, there are 40 million people infected with HIV worldwide, of which 90% do not know they have the disease due to lack of fast and effective diagnostic tools.
