Bui Truong Son, author of the idea of "Indoor disaster rescue chamber" said that the equipment for manufacturing this rescue chamber is made of composite (fiberglass) with additional wire mesh inside or frame There are space structures such as cars, trains, airplanes, safes or containers.

The ribs are all shelled and very strong things to withstand high impact. When building a house, people can pre-set a rescue room into a room of the house and build it again.

"The rescue chamber can float on the water surface and is completely isolated from the outside environment in case of being submerged in water and has toxic gas. In the rescue chamber are equipped with the necessary equipment and rescue equipment. so that people can live for a short time inside and give emergency signals, " Son said.

According to Bui Truong Son, with the above structure, the rescue chamber can withstand all the destructive power of nature to protect people's ability to live when there are natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods.

Son noted, this indoor rescue room can be placed outdoors, but must have a fixed ligament system.
