Research: The 'gamblers' always yield results when they win

A recent study shows the difference in the attitude of card players, in particular here about match results. It sounds obvious that in a card game there will be people who win the loser, but it is worth mentioning that the players will feel fair when they win.

Published on the Science Advances site, research has shown that red-black game winners often feel fair, while on the contrary, losers do not return results. And there will be many questions that whether this study is too obvious and everyone knows it? The answer is no.

We always convince ourselves that we deserve good results, even though there are pre-arranged priorities.

In this study, researchers created a game with a very special rule: the winner of the previous game can remove his bad cards and take away the opponent's good cards. When I look at it and, maybe everyone can see that this is really a ridiculous game rule, but the winners don't think so.

Up to 60% of winners claim that this is an extremely fair game rule and they often use reason for skills to explain their victory . While only 30% of losers think it is fair, and most of the other losers do not believe that skills can help them win.

Researchers later changed the game rules to make it even more unfair. And the survey results are very interesting: the winners have to admit that the rules are absurd.

In the report, the researchers have based on the research results on chance games that draw conclusions about social psychology: individuals with privilege and advantages often believe that what they achieve is thanks to into your own hard work, not a prior arrangement.

Through this, it is interesting to think that we always convince ourselves that we deserve good results, even though there are priority arrangements available. And what do you think about the above research and results?
