Russia builds a 'super' cruise ship at minus 60 degrees Celsius

Russian designers have created a super-unique 'super' cross-over tank, capable of working in extremely harsh conditions of minus 60 degrees Celsius.

The Arctica has a range of arbitrators ranging from 1 to 5 tonnes. Diesel-powered vehicles have independent heating systems along with a compact generator. In addition, Arctica is also equipped with locators, night vision and satellite navigation equipment.
