Russia fabricated only
A group of Russian scientists has just announced that it has created a new type of self-digesting thread, used to sew wounds for patients after surgery in many different levels of complexity.
"Smart only" is made by scientists at the National University (TGU) in Tomsk (Siberian, Russia) city.
This new type of self-digestion is much smoother, softer and more elastic than previous generation materials.

Only new with the ability to self-destruct according to different time depending on the needs of medicine, does not cause damage to tissue, reduce the risk of infection due to the antiseptic effect of special antibacterial coating on thread. These advantages have contributed to speeding up the recovery process of patients after surgery.
Professor Ivan Ivonin, the Vice President in charge of science at TGU University, said the main materials that create the above-mentioned intelligent self-sufficiency include oxalic acid, glyoxal . In particular, experts call " Glyoxal " is " colorless gold or "strategic chemical" because of the superior ability of this material.
Scientists say that on the basis of glyoxal, it is possible to produce many different materials, from conventional glue, medicines and oil and gas treatment agents, to materials used in the defense industry.
There are only a few countries in the world, including Russia, who know glyoxal production technology well.
Mr. Ivonin stressed that the team's new invention helped eliminate all the defects that only self-sustaining types have suffered, thus creating a new type that only possesses properties that help the wound recover soon.
This new type ensures efficiency in general and aesthetic surgery in particular.
