Russia launched free satellites for students
'Russian space agency (Roskosmos) prepares to free the students' satellites , Roskosmos general director Vladimir Pokopkin said.

'If any university and scientific research institute designs, assembles and manufactures satellites, we will free them to orbit with the nature of an extra load. It is our principle activity. It may have to wait for 6 months if we don't arrange it right away, but we will definitely put it on orbit, ' Interfax news agency quoted the head of Roskosmos.
Recently, an agreement was signed between Roskosmos and Russia's leading universities and research institutes to form a "Scientific research and education complex". Moscow Institute of Aviation Director Anatoly Gerashchenko announced that his academy has built 8 satellites, of which 5 have been launched into space.
On behalf of the signing parties, Director of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences Lev Zelenyi thanked Roskosmos for facilitating free launch on the tiny satellite satellite 'Chibis' . He said: 'This satellite has been operating successfully for the past 13 months'.
