"King Robert The Bruce is said to be taller than 1.85 meters but we think he has the same physique and fitness as Wayne Rooney. Based on the skull and historical evidence of the king, we consider This is a man of great strength , " said Dr. Martin MacGregor, Scottish history lecturer at Glasgow University.

Martin believed that the history books that tell the story of King Robert The Bruce killing Henry de Bohun in the Bannockburn battle in 1314 can prove his hypothesis. According to historical records, the Scottish king then stood up on the pedal and hit the opponent's head hard, breaking the helmet and Bohun's head.

"He must be a very strong person to do so. Therefore, we conclude that the king is a strong muscular, not a tall figure as expected , " Martin explained.

King Robert The Bruce's skull was unearthed in 1818 from the grave at Dunfermline Abbey, the tomb of medieval kings in Scotland. Scientists have relied on it to build skull molds and research. They claimed that the king died of leprosy in 1329 at age 55.

"By using skull molds, we can accurately reproduce the structure of the muscular part of the skull, thereby determining the shape and structure of the king's face. However, the reconstructed version does not show. get the color of his eyes, skin tone and hair color, King Robert The Bruce may have leprosy, but the signs of the disease do not show clearly on his face, " said Professor Caroline Wilkinson, a famous face skull expert share.
