See the unique foggy rainbow

Stepping out of European legends, the "storm" or "rainbow" in the fog has been spectacularly captured by the photographer.

Photos of this special rainbow are photographed by Alex Tudorica, 23, in La Palma, in the Canary Islands, the Atlantic Ocean.

Alex said: 'One morning I decided to observe the sunrise near the astronomers' rest area. My patience has been compensated well when the sun shows up and the clouds also begin to rise. When I tried to take closer pictures, I had to climb about an hour to get to the top of the mountain and finally I was satisfied with the rainbow in the beautiful fog . '

This phenomenon only lasts for a few minutes.

'I'm really lucky to capture the foggy rainbow when the converging elements are right in time. I had to shoot very quickly because this phenomenon only lasted for a few minutes because the clouds moved very quickly , 'the author said.

The 'storm' is similar to the rainbow, formed by sunlight reflecting water droplets, creating an arc opposite the sun.

For the rainbow, this light is very refracted. In contrast, the "hurricane" is made up of much smaller droplets, making the dispersion of light more extensive through the diffraction process.

Each color is wide and the colors overlap, making the overall color more paler, often light green or red hung.

This phenomenon is often seen on hilltops, peaks or in cold waters. In addition, it appeared when the sun was near the horizon and a thick, high fog came straight to the sun.
