Shocked when operating the grouper's belly, see the color of the meat

A fisherman in the United States was amazed to catch the blue grouper with blue meat after diving, according to the Daily Mail.
He filmed the video he captured the fish and posted on Instagram last Friday. The video shows the American man swimming through deep water, spotted grouper fish hiding among the rocks.
The cotton grouper is in the US sea.
After a few tries, the experienced fisherman caught the fish. After that, he took it home and slaughtered meat professionally, revealing blue flesh that looked like the water.
"The cotton grouper was caught, baked and eaten on the same day," the fisherman wrote. " What a wonderful discovery. I caught it from a rocky crack in the sea."
The fisherman was amazed to see the fish green.
The video of the man has been viewed more than 40,000 times with a lot of comments.
One viewer wrote: "I have never seen fish meat blue."
