Finding strange 'eggs' cost 21 billion in pig belly

When operating on a 5-year-old sow's stomach, farmer Huang Wuzhi in Fujian (China) discovered an egg-shaped, light yellow object around the fur. Local people believe that this is a precious medicine, costing up to 35 million VND / gram.

Mysterious "strange egg" in the sow's belly

Last Friday, October 30, a local newspaper in Fujian Province (China) reported a strange egg discovered by farmer Huang Wuzhi when he had an operation for a 5-year-old sow.

This sow was raised by Huang Wuzhi's family with the same diet as other pigs in the herd. Usually, it produces about two litters of piglets each year. Earlier this year, after the birth of a litter, this pig stopped giving birth, and even showed signs of frequent harassment, disturbing the pigsty. Therefore, Mr. Huang decided to make it and did not expect to discover the precious egg .

Mr. Huang held the "strange egg" in his hand.

The egg has an oval shape, a light yellow color and is specially wrapped with a thick coat. The egg weighs 620 grams, has a length of 17cm and a width of 10cm, has an herb-like odor.

Local people believe that this may be a precious medicine in traditional Chinese medicine - a type of precious gallstones in pigs called 'zhusha' (pig sand).

Close-up of the "egg" is said to be "pig's sand".

If this is really 'pig sand' , this young farmer has been in a bad mood, because the price of 'pig sand' is up to 10,000 yuan (about 35 million dong) per gram. If multiplied with a weight of 620 grams, this 'strange egg' can cost up to 6 million yuan (about 21 billion dong).

'No one here has ever seen pig sand so I'm not sure if this is a precious drug or not. I really need help from experts, 'said farmer Huang Wuzhi.
