Researchers include: Pham Thanh Toi, Ho Huy Huan, Le Nhu Thinh, Vo Xuan Canh, Huynh Ngoc Tien Dat, led by Dr. Nguyen Ba Hai.

During one month, the group of young people met after school and worked hard at the HCM City University of Technical Education to conduct mechanical engineering, The students did not leave the laboratory at 1am - 2am.

Students use the LabVIEW programming language to control Rudo's mechanics. Rudo puppies are about 75cm long, weigh about 5kg, can bark (can adjust the volume of barking) simultaneously with tail movements, head, legs.

Dr. Nguyen Ba Hai said: "In the near future, the team will use more advanced technologies such as image recognition, human form recognition or other algorithms to help dogs distinguish landlords and strangers. I would like to develop the Rudo robot dog into a low-cost toy for children. "
