Seeing many patients, the elderly, the disabled cannot eat and drink by themselves, the male students have created a support machine called Feedbod.

In the afternoon of December 16, at the ceremony of summing up and awarding students of scientific research in 2017, the organizers awarded 9 first prizes to groups of students studying in six fields of natural science, technology and technology. , medicine, agriculture, society and humanities.

The machine has two main parts: the arm and feed tray. The arm has two control motors, the wheel has a motor and a central microcontroller to control the above motors.

When receiving a signal from the remote control, the microcontroller acts as the three motors running according to the set cycle. Users can adjust the height of the arm in accordance with the body, the food tray can rotate, help the patient choose the dish.

"In addition to providing support for sick people in families and the elderly at nursing homes, it can also help people with complications, Parkinson's disease, polio and disability. We are raising plans for products become mass-produced, serving more people, "said a group representative.
