According to the Son La meteorological agency, the rainfall measured from 19h last night to this morning was 219 mm.Flash floods have occurred in Bon Bon and Chieng Pac communes of Thuan Chau district . The floodwaters and heavy mud poured into the night, making people unable to keep up. In particular, in these two communes, 5 people died, 3 were washed away by floods.
