Successfully tried the VCN-G15 super egg chicken breed

Mr. Chu Xuan Tien, Director of the Lang Son Center for Scientific and Technological Progress Application, said that the Center has conducted the experiment of raising 2,000 super-egg chickens VCN-G15 developed by the National Institute of Animal Husbandry. These types of culture give egg production much higher than other breeds. Chicken eggs have thick shells, white and pink, high yolk percentage is of good quality, especially this chicken breed gives egg production very high from 260 to 265 eggs / female / 72 weeks.

The engineer Do Van Nguyen, the project manager, said that the households participating in the model were supported 100% by the Center; support preventive vaccines, treatment of antiseptic drugs and food according to the State's support norms. During the breeding process, the Center sends officers to each breeding household to instruct how to take care of, vaccinate and clean the breeding facilities in accordance with the technical process.

In the process of raising, VCN-G15 chicken breeds should be fed with enough rice bran, trace minerals, pluripotent minerals, vitamins, tapioca, and drinking water must be clean, especially in the period from when the chickens hatch to 18 weeks age because this is an important and decisive stage for the egg production of chickens. If technically raised, chickens will lay eggs at the right time, giving high egg yield and good quality.

According to experimental farmers, VCN-G15 hybrid chicken breeds are easily adapted to climatic conditions in Lang Son and are highly resistant to diseases.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bac - a livestock farmer in Lang Son city said that eggs of VCN-G15 hybrid chicken are sold for 3,000 VND / fruit. Thus, if raising 1,000 specialized eggs for laying eggs, the average farmer will earn about VND 300 million per year; After deducting costs, farmers will collect profits of about VND 150-200 million.
