Super big crab

A giant crab weighs about 7.7 kilograms with even bigger ones than a man's hand, both 'net' off the British coast.

Paul Worsley, 39, could not believe the size of the giant crab he caught in Lyme Bay, off the coast of Dorset, in southern England. It weighs 7.7kg and has an apricot width of 30cm.

Worsley, a professional roller, said the crab was big enough for at least 10 people to eat. 'I can't believe my eyes. In the past, I had seen and caught crabs, but it was not so big. It is a sea demon. '

Careful to avoid being stolen by giants, Mr. Worsley tried to put the crustacean in a sack and pull it out of the water. Experts believe that this is the largest edible crab ever caught in British waters.

This crab broke the record that lasted 150 years.

'The two of them are very big - as big as my hand. If unfortunately stolen, the more you can crush your finger '.

Worsley caught the giant crab under the rubble of a sunken ship nearly 50 meters below sea level and about 16 kilometers from the coast.

'I don't know why it is so big but it may be due to age. It must have somehow managed to escape the catchers and reach that size. It's big enough for 10 people to eat '.

The largest edible crab in the world that holds the record before is in the collection of the National Museum of Natural History in Paris with a shell almost 28cm wide.

Unfortunately, Mr. Worsley's crab will not be present in any museum because he has been eaten!
