Super car can run completely with salt water

Sports cars are largely unfriendly to the environment, but the Quant e-Sportlimousine is an exception as it runs entirely on salt water.

After its first appearance at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the Quant e-Sportlimousine sports car with saline technology from NanoFlowcell AG (Germany) has been licensed for use on the Geneva Motor Show. Roads in Europe.

Quant e-Sportlimousine is powered by electrolysis technology to power 4 electric motors. The new technology works similarly to hydrogen fuel cells, but the liquid used is pure salt water.

The saline flows through a membrane between two fuel tanks, to create a stored electric current and then give the engine oil. Quant e-Sportlimousine is equipped with two 200-liter fuel tanks, allowing the vehicle to run 600km continuously. Brine technology delivers 5 times more electricity than lithium batteries of the same weight.

With a capacity of 920 horsepower, the Quant e-Sportlimousine can accelerate from 0-100km / h in 2.8 seconds, speeding up a McLaren P1 racing car. It can also run at speeds up to 350km / h without polluting the environment.

Quant e-Sportlimousine weighs 2.300kg, 5.552m long, 2.2m wide and 1.35m high. Inside the car is equipped with touch screen control, Android entertainment system, furniture with luxury wood color.

NanoFlowcell AG plans to test the quantum e-Sportlimousine on the streets of Germany and a number of European locations, before commencing commercial production. There is no official price for this model, but some experts say that its price may be more than $ 1.7 million / unit.
